Initial Intake Assessment and Treatment Planning: $200
Individual Therapy: $150 (45 mins)
Individual Therapy: $175 (60 mins, most common)
Couples/Family Therapy: $175 (60 mins)
Case Management/letter writing: $60 per hour
Consultation: $150 per hour
Services not offered: custody or forensic evaluations, DCFS evaluations, disability, completion of paperwork for emotional support animals
Private Insurance:
Though your insurer may be on the list, our providers may or may not be included in your specific plan's network. If you wish to use your private insurance to cover our services, please verify with your insurer that we are in-network by calling the number located on your insurance card prior to your first appointment. Out of network options may be available, please contact us for additional information.
