Haley is a Licensed Professional Counselor with 5+ years of experience in the mental health field. Haley uses a combined approach utilizing:
Person-Centered Therapy: Haley uses person-centered therapy to help clients facilitate self-understanding and personal growth. Person-centered therapy offers an empathetic, genuine, and nonjudgemental view of the client, humanness, and the therapeutic process.
CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy): CBT helps us understand the relationship between our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. CBT can help clients improve emotion regulation, increase self-awareness, and learn effective ways to cope with life.
PVT (Polyvagal Theory): Haley uses polyvagal theory to assist clients with their emotional well-being, resilience, and social connectedness focusing on the three states of the Autonomic Nervous System.
